Albany House Surgery

I feel so reassured to live near this excellent surgery. The doctors have been so skilled in dealing with my medical issues over the last year and steered me through dealing with the tests and the consultants. I am so grateful to them all.

Our family have always received expert care from the GPs at Albany House Surgery. Their diagnostic skills and caring attitudes are outstanding. My wife and I are indebted to them for early diagnosis of serious conditions and arranging prompt escalation to expert consultants. Appointments can be by telephone call or face to face and may be booked by calling at 8:30 a.m. prompt. The queue on this appointments line is a measure of the popularity of this surgery and the reception staff have always done their best to help us navigate the complexities of NHS services.

A couple of Doctors are thorough but unfortunately the practice itself let's them down. Very badly run! You can never get an appointment unless you have a life limiting illness. People's symptoms that should be recognised that could be the start of something more sinister are ignored and ailments that can affect your quality of life are also ignored
