Was held last night under the 136, night staff really rude and couldn't be bothered. Day staff much nicer and helpful. Glad to be back home with my Putin!

Daytime staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, They deserve all the credit we could give them, Drs, Nurses, all of them, Nights too, just some of them on nights seemed to be "do I really have to do this for you, I was just checking my social media" I'd walk by right next to them some evenings, late nights before asking for anything and see them actually doing it with their heads down staring, I would have done things myself and for others if I could. Or some on nights would speak to you with an attitude or like you were a piece of dirt from under their feet. I was lying on my bed one of the nights and for roughly a whole hr or more, I struggled to get back to sleep, somebody would literally just walk by and flip the torch straight past mine and possibly other patients windows too, for no more than just a second, to check if we were ok or in need of any medical help and carried on walking by. Need I say any more
