Giles Pharmacy, Avicenna Partner

I have always found Giles to be helpful and friendly if a little short of stock on occasions. However, the absolute car crash that resulted from a fault with their internet provider was beyond belief. I am recovering fron chemotherapy and could not get my repeat prescription for eight days over the Easter period. All they could suggest is that I called 111. Surely a community pharmacy should have a contingiency planfor this

when this was giles the service was second to none now that Avicenna have taken over the service and attitude is shocking they insist you order repeat medication on their app which don't work. just spoken to someone who did not care could not look up to see what was on repeat ,when i asked to speak to the manager i was told she was the manager, will never use this place again ......please note this has been happening for the last 5 or 6 requests for help enough is enough

Always helpful and efficient staff will deliver prescriptions if you or someone else is unable to collect it

I'm disabled and unable to go to chemist because of my mobility I've tried for 2 days now ringing to put in my repeat prescription its ringing then engaged tone and that's with me on instant ring back I give up...
