    Always a brilliant service

I use Boots pharmacy daily for prescribing at their High Street store. I have been going there for well over a year. The staff are always nice, pleasant, discreet, understanding and supportive. I don't in any way feel as though I am being treated any differently to any 9ther regular customer picking up generic prescriptions from their store. The pharmacist always checks in with me, at least weekly, to see how I am and how my treatment is going, but more specifically, they seem to care about their patients who visit their pharmacy more regularly for medications which treat chronic illness and disease. There is the problem with having a pharmacist first thing when the store opens which means I have to wait and change my plans for the day to revisit the pharmacy later on - hence the 3 stars not 5. Boots have had this problem for years in Worcester, and still does not seem to have been resolved. Ut used to be that the entire store could not open until a pharmacist was present, but they quickly changed that policy when they realized they were loosing money for the first business hour of the day. But otherwise, Bravo. There cannot be enough praise and gratitude for health and social workers who have continued to work through the pandemic and are still here working towards providing a crucial service for patients like myself. Thank you.

Rubbish. Went in for 2 items, out of stock of both. Told to order online and either pay 3 to park or 3.50 postage and packaging, no wonder Amazon are winning all the time
