Not a single person working there is capable or competent enough to do their job. Beyond useless staff, beyond useless pharmacy. Avoid at all costs if you want your medication correct or on time.

What's going on with you people, I rarely manage to speak to anyone there because they were they won't answer the phone or they reject my calls. I called the GPs surgery next door was waiting for someone to answer for 50 minutes and when she did answer, she wouldn't do a repeat prescription, she said you have to do it through Murray's, it's a disgrace!!!! They can be a bit slow at times. And when I tried calling them yesterday, it rang and rang and then someone at Murray's rejected my call !! I've called Murray's Pharmacy 3 times this morning and each time they rejected my call, what is going on at this place ?? Wednesday 12th January 2022, just rang Murray's 3 times and they keep r ejecting my calls, CAN YOU PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE? WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE???

There is one individual that clearly should not be working here. Or at the very least requires a refresher course in customer relations. Rude.... Plus you don't expect to experience discrimination due to having an unusual name!

The staff at this place are extremely rude and miserable. Especially a certain elderly female assistant. She is the nastiest person I've had the misfortune to be served by. Will never go here again and recommend that you avoid it.
