        Thanks for excellent service today, the receptionist was v helpful and showed kindness for my daughters appointment. The gp we saw was very patient and made us feel reassured and helped with my daughters concerns. Really appreciated the service given today. Thank you .

        Yesterday I had the displeasure of talking to the rudest receptionist!! If you cant do something at least say no sorry unfortunately and dont give me the worst attitude!!! The other receptionist had a mask on and pulled it down, coughed in her hand and carried on like nothing happened and telling me I cant have antibiotics for an infection??? Receptionists are just useless not to me but I know to a lot of people! every time I go I just have a bad experience. Not to mention Ive had a skin infection for the last 3 months and I just keep getting prescribed creams that DONT WORK instead of actually trying to help

        I have never had a problem with the surgery The Nurses are lovely and Gp always listen I suffer with anxiety and it really helps that my surgery care I get good service regarding my medication I have no concerns And bearing in mind the Pandemic we are getting a service I applaud NHS
