Good branch to bank with. Ian at the Oxford branch was very helpful.

I was helped by Owen at Ox centre branch. Whom very gave and sorted a banking app issue. Owen went above and beyond with his customer service skills

Closed. So Cornmarket is the only branch. Go there and wait for one hour to be seen. Try using telephone banking and you never get through. HSBC is now a joke.
