Shocking.. I had 3 appointments with banking adviser. First didn't happen because he was ill. Apparently someone tried to call me but couldn't get through. Could have left a message maybe? Second didn't happen because I was ill - tried to reply back to automated sms but this was one of those "do not reply to". I just had a third one scheduled for 12 today. Showed up at 11:50, waited over half an hour and then gave up and left. Unprofessional, frustrating, time wasting. Giving one star only for the lady at the help desk who tried to help and get hold of the "advisor".
