Terrible bank! I applied for a bank card online in June. I entered all my details correctly. Checked several times. When I received the card and all the passwords, I started setting up online banking. Nothing succeeded. Constantly writes some kind of error. I went to the bank branch in Oxford. They told me that they could not help me and I had to call the bank. I called the bank and they told me that they could not help me and I should go to the nearest bank branch and ask them to change my address so that they send me a new activation code and give them my phone number, which they dont have at all ... Although I indicated my phone number when applying for a card, and they even assigned me a login, which is similar to a phone number. I again go to the bank branch, tell them my address, phone number ... They add everything to my account. After that, I call the bank and ask them to send me a new activation code. They send me a code. I'm trying to set up my online banking and see that my phone number is incorrect and I can't get a verification code. It's December now. For half a year I cannot set up my online banking. I cannot fully use my account and my money. The bank gave me a lot of inconvenience.
