      • Enigma Conundrum

        Extremely rude and unhelpful after losing my card. Very aggressive tone when I asked for extra cash to cover me for the weekend as I lost my card on a friday. Bank wouldn't let me take more than 50 out but allowed me to take 50 each day for 5 days. A year or so Before lockdown the staff were great and really cared.

        Rude customer service. Employees don't have adequate amount of knowledge to answer questions about accounts for international students, which is strange, since Oxford is full international students - you'd think this bank would be prepared to cater to them.

        An archaic institution. Poor communication and thinks it's wise to upgrade its App and Internet Banking sites at the same time thus not allowing it's customers to access either
