I purchased a vehicle using Oodle as the finance company, with 3 months the vehicle was off the road with major damage. A complaint was raised with oddle against the dealership, with the final outcome to reject the vehicle and return it. During the process oodle provided poor communication and even worse ethics. Dragging their feet at every opportunity. In one instances after waiting one month for a response, I was called a liar. I have that in writing, From a file handler that I belive to have left before my complaint was finished. It took 6 months from the Start of the investigation to finalise, all while I was forced to still pay for the car and extortionate insurance due to my age. Based on my experience, the complaints team is useless with how they act, and the work they fail to provide. I could not urge you to use another company more. I understand the vehicle failing was not their doing. But they did nothing to help the situation.

This must be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They sent me two contacts with different information on, after ringing on many occasions to staff they couldnt resolve the date problems. So had to cancel the contract and send me another new contract with the right date. Then the first payment was tried to be taken on completely the wrong date, i have tried to speak to multiple people at this company to be put on hold for more than two hours and then to be cut off, also left me no choice but to cancel the direct debit until I could speak to someone.I have also been talking to multiple people about my issue and each time to be told they dont have any information about whats happened, which means I have to explain every time I ring. I would definitely consider before using this terrible company.

Disgusting company and service. Illegally sold us a car, beware of buying a car from them! We bought a car using Oodle finance and paid off the settlement fee early as wanted another car, however when we went to sell the car we found out it had outstanding finance on an old reg plate before we bought it from another finance company. The HPI check, Experian check on the old plate and contact with the original finance company confirmed this. We have given their complaints team member all the information only to be told they are closing the case. We have explained and confirmed in details using HPI and even the Experian check that they use that they illegally sold us a car they didnt own as it belongs to the original finance company but have received no reply or explanation. Even went back to explain that their Experian check doesnt look like it checks for finance on prior registration plates, only if it has finance on the current plate and shows prior plates however doesnt check if the old plate has finance attached to it, but they havent responded or seem bothered that any of their current or future customers can be illegally sold a car with prior finance as we have or helped in any way. We now have to contact the financial ombudsman and anti fraud team to sort out their mistakes, and non response. Beware as their complaints team just dont care, we had to chase them several times before getting an email saying they have closed the case either due to incompetence or what seems to me to be fraud. We have attempted to explain to them what has gone wrong multiple times, and they just dont answer or even have any reason for closing the case, other than the incompetent person we had saying to ask the hpi check company to take off the finance, HPI is a check not a finance company. Absolutely baffling they dont even understand what a hpi check is. If someone their actually does want to help and is competent in basic car finance, please let us know you will review the case and we will happily send all the information again.
