Changed to a different pharmacy. Got really fed up of being talked down to and the long waits in the queue. My new pharmacy is so much better.

Very slow and rude staff, specially the senior ones, they treat you as if you a criminal and have come to take some freebie

The phone number is out of date.

Totally useless, don't respond to emails, website requests are pointless and ignored, phone not answered, ambulance crew could not even get in touch with them.

Polite staff, I picked up my medication prescribed from a doctor on Lloyd Pharmacy VideoGP very quick and efficient happy it was resolved in one morning

They are irresponsible. For 2 months I have an infection and I cannot get a doctor's appointment. After 1 pm I don't even answer the phone.
