A very poorly stocked pharmacy. The staff is a total embarrassment. I would be ashamed in their place. This is unacceptable. They have no idea what products they are missing, what items they have in stock... These ladies should order at least once a week the usual products, especially in the case of those for children, which interested me. I've been there several times in a weekin vain, because I think whoever works there would do better in the fruit and vegetables district than in the pharmacy. If you need something, they don't even know which shelves to look on and ask you to look by yourself to find what you need. I don't know what studies they have and on what criteria they were hired, considering that they are not able to provide you with information about a simple nasal spray for children. The lady employed there was reading to me what was written on the product box. My goodness! I can read too, lady ! Shame on them! I have no words to describe the nerves that caused me, going there. Anyway, it's clear, for the rest of my life I will never enter a Lloyds Pharmacy again. Mar 28th, 2023

went in a week ago, they have free blood pressure tests advertised, I inquired, and got asked to fill a load of forms, i was actually in a rush so i decided to not to proceed, My next visit i allowed myself more time as my doctor is insisting he wants a reading, I was informed they don't do free blood pressure checks and it would cost 7, I pointed to the advert, i was informed that it does not apply to them. I said they need to remove the advert then, but i have noticed it does depend who is behind the counter to the level of service you get, Feb 20th, 2023

Height of rudeness. I have never experienced anything like it before. The Indian lady spoke to me like I was a child, so, so rude. I know the staff have to ask question when selling some products, but It was like an interrogation and very embarrassing in front of other customers. Felt like I was a drug addict !!! ( No disrespect to others ). Staff prefer to continue with their conversation, 3 staff members stood talking to each other, looked up , saw myself and others waiting to be served, then carried on with their conversation. Couldn't one of you have served the customers waiting ? I complained to the store manager who offered a 10 voucher to spend in store. Thanks, but no thanks. Just better customer service would be more welcome. But ! despite my complaints the same staff and issues still remain. Shocking Service, Absolutely appalling. Only received 1 star as couldn't post this without any stars. Apr 23rd, 2023
