        After switching to solely online appointment bookings the surgery have become extremely inaccessible, especially for mental health treatment. Appointments open at 8, are gone by 08:02 and the only advice is keep checking or try tomorrow which is the same story. Personally I work a job where I can't do this. Mental health support is absolutely shocking at the moment because of this. I can only hope that anima is discontinued.

        Absolutely terrible,I've had stomach sickness and back pain for almost two weeks and was concerned because I had prostrate cancer a few years ago but receptionist could only offer me a telephone appointment in two weeks. Dreadful service.

        Very poor telephone system, was first in the queue then got cut off and was then 3rd in queue when phoned them back, (extra 7 minutes waiting time) they then don't want to deal with you directly, you have to fill out an online form before any doctor will contact you. Not professional. Not patient friendly. Not very helpful at all

        Absolutely shocking. You cant make an appointment unless online what if an older person without access needs to make an appointment. Theyre purposely making it as hard as possible to get hold of them
