Totally useless, don't respond to emails, website requests are pointless and ignored, phone not answered, ambulance crew could not even get in touch with them.

phoning over 150+ times just to be cut off, the number isnt recognised and user busy. 1 receptionist is so rude was told ooo in as sarcastic tone because i asked for a call back but i wasnt ill and didnt require an appointment.

Very dismissive and arrogant doctor, he thinks he know it all but it turned up to be completely wrong every single time. Worrying!

Waiting like 3 hours for someone to pick up the phone ,most of the time i give up and hang up. And it always been like that

Worst Staff The time over the phone is always 30min or more and if you go directly to the surgery, women over the counter are talking to each other coz that is more important rather than attending phone or patients. The patient record is different on each computer may be, coz at one counter the lady said she couldn't find my record and on the other computer, she found and printed it for me. Their doctors, staff, nurses all are just there to make money. they don't care and listen to what you need. The government should make a surveillance team to monitor especially all the government sectors.
