    Really terrible customer service for faulty products. Would never buy from again and would definitely not recommend. Katie Matthews in customer service was obstructive and unhelpful. Very disappointed.

    Very poor customer service. Never answer emails and when order doesn't get delivered they say they will email back with response or update but never do. Still waiting for item and then promises of replacement being sent out but no update on that either. Avoid this company for you pocket and sanity sake.

    DO NOT BUY. I purchased a pop up tent which didnt last 24 hours (during the summer time) yet it was described as an "all seasons" item. A bit of wind snapped 5 of the medal bars whilst the item was pegged down and anchored correctly. When i asked for a repair, replacement or refund (i didn't mind which) I was told no because AFTER the item broke, I didn't take it down until the next day, which apparently voids my rights to any such remedy.

    Ordered a cantilever parasol which broke after a couple of uses. Responses to emails takes at least 7 days per message so took weeks to get a replacement sbd same thing happened. Still waiting for it to be collected and refund issued. Customer service is absolutely appalling. Find an alternate supplier!!!!!

    Purchased a cantilever summer umbrella off these on ebay (outdoor-leisure-camping) less than a year ago. It's already faded to 2 different colours inside the advertised 1 year warranty but they have refused to help at all.
