Staff are probably the most helpful iv come across resolving problems. Called a few time and had to visit everytime staff have helped me.

Absolutely hopeless. They haven't got a clue about people's needs and really do not care. Rule books only. No common sense or common decency

Be aware there is no dedicated parking here, but Morrisons is right across the road, and you can park there for Three Hours

Staff have always been really helpful at this job centre, have always bee able to get through quickly on the number provided.

Don't respond to repeated questions.

I have written a few times about various issues, and I have always received a prompt and courteous service.
