Disgusting. I suffer with a few disorders and am on pip. I have 2 children to look after. I enquired with UC about remploy because, even knowing iv been advised not to work with ptsd etc, I feel like I needed something small to do to get out of my own head. So I asked about remploy. After 3 weeks of enquiring with messages to my journal etc I finally was given an appointment with the jobcenter to discuss remploy. I since caught a flu from my family who have come back from America so had to cancel appointment or ask for a phone call appointment instead. I was called by Jane yesterday who sent me into a very bad episode as she refused to help and continued to be clever. She told me my flu was just a cold and I am to come in anyway, if I don't come they'd stop my money. I'd told Jane I can barely get to the toilet and she shouldn't risk the whole jobcenter catching a bad flu. Id love to know at what point people on benefits start being treated like human beings. I am sick to the back teeth of the system and service of people who think they're better than others. You're there to help, not make people feel worse.

Staff like to approach people outside and tell them what they can and can't do in public, and a crazy lady who likes to make false claims that she fears for her life to the police. All the privacy complaints in the world will never get my video off the Internet

I had an appointment at the job centre today at 9.00 with Ian what a poor show they couldn't deal with a simple amendment what a waste if to be had to make another appointment when I have work to do they would not process my claim I was told to go home and amend it myself surely that's what they their for ...I may ad well been talking to a robot appalling service one sorry to complain they are always so nice there...
