Ended up here from Neath J.C. for 6 wks due personal reasons. Well - - what a difference from the usual DWP of "we know something you don't know, but if you ask us - we may - or may not - tell you" mentality doesn't seem to have reached here. I learned more in 10 minutes here than all the time I've had to 'fish' for info' with my lazy, rude Neath Work coach! Simon (my Haverford Work coach) was polite, couldn't do enough for me, discussed things I'd never thought about, even gave me info' for help with my elderly mother. In my experience with DWP, this was the best run depot & other J.Cs could take a leaf out of Haverfordwests book. TOP MARKS.
