Poorly maintained, lake and land full of litter, lots of dogs left off lead and running, too many fishermen, no toilets, suspicious individuals shooting wildlife

Fish day ticket had 5 carp biggest was 20.10lbs. It was wet and muddy but no one can control the weather. I had a good day.
