Now I now I may come across as petty for saying this but of the 10+ years of fly fishing I have never fished anywhere that didnt have one clear bit of bank or water from weeds. First 3-4 feet from he water is overgrown with reeds that make dropping your fly line impossible. The banking behind you is overgrown with heather and grass which also stresses you out from time to time but the weeds growing up from the water about 15-20 feet out just tore flies off your line if under 8lb. Absolutely beautiful pond and location but very frustrating to fish. Advise you check pond before handing over money as car park out of sight of pond. Again its beautiful but terribly maintained and if the water wasnt so full of weeds I might have been happier.
