Very rude unhelpful male member of staff (wasn't Scottish)

Rude and unhelpful, made to feel like I had done something wrong by taking my yodel parcels.

Great local shop, well stocked with a good range of products.

Why is this shop never open when it says it will be? I have a parcel to pick up and I can't get it!!!!! Two visits no parcel.

I use one o one all the time as it sells all your essentials
