        Contacted them to ask if they did Evri parcel drop off. Was told yes, walked down with my baby in the pouring rain just to be told when I got there that they didnt. Dont misinform your customers.

        Made a bus trip shuts at 7pm were there at 6.50 & card machines turned off 10 minutes before shutting so made a trip for nothing shop staff was not helpful at all could've turned them back on or waited till we went to the bank.
