Scotmid Co-op

Visited this branch of the co-op this morning with a " click and collect "return parcel. Two female assistants on duty. The older woman who obviously didn't want to be there in the first place, and certainly didn't want to have to deal with something else rather than her usual job was downright ignorant to me. She should not be working with the general public. The younger woman who has a poor understanding of the English language ( which i've experienced in the past ) doesn't seem to have had proper training not only on " click and collect " but basic serving of the public, and without finalising the procedure decided to just leave me standing at the counter and carried on serving other customers. Not acceptable.

Visited this store Monday and was served by a very rude young man who after service realised my change was to much who then decided to snatch the change from my hand , this is unacceptable , you do not snatch moneys from customer who genuinely had a query over change given, i then asked for a full refund of all moneys paid and bought nothing ,this is bad bad service because all i got out of this store was a smile of Ridicule, I definitely will not be back shocking service from Scotmid Shocking..
