Tragedy, one of the worst parcel pick-up points excluding Royal Mail. Uneducated staff accepted the parcel from the courier for which I paid, but now they refuse to give it to me because their system is broken. I am not interested in their excuses

Ive never had any problems using this handy shop. The owners are always polite & helpful. I also use use the shop for picking up parcels from EBay without any dramas. I always find that if am polite then people tend to be polite in return

The place is filthy, the woman who runs the shop is nasty and abusive to customers, never met such a horrible person running a shop in my life, usually the Karen's are on the other side of the counter. She adds a 1 charge to card transactions. Stay clear of the food counter, mouldy food and smells like sewage, don't think the place has been cleaned in years, amazed environmental heath hasn't shut it down.

Honestly this place is a horrific excuse for a corner shop, undeserving of a single star. As you walk through the door your nose is instantly infatuated with a reeking smell, who knows where its coming from? The drinks are mostly out of date and the food is always not what you expect. Buy a packet of midget gems? Brick hard. Buy a chocolate bar? Mouldy. Its honestly unbelievable how poor quality this business is. Thats the shop out of the way, dont get me started on the awful woman that works there, shes not very up to date on her hygiene, would explain the despicable food that they serve. Forbid I ever go near that wretched bakery! These awful people need condemned... or at least get rid of that woman, she should be rotting in a jail cell for the unsanitary atmosphere of her stupid shop! Best one? More like worst one. Avoid at all costs :)
