Rude and unhelpful, made to feel like I had done something wrong by taking my yodel parcels.

The scotmid thats staff can't even say hello, used this scotmind a few times now and not once even had a good morning let alone a hello. And not sure who does the stocktaking but get some water and fill the drinks fridge

Went in last night to take advantage of the paypoint facility to put money on my electric key and buy a few bits. The assistant at the checkout tried it once without success and immediately handed it back. I asked her to try it again as it could be temperamental. She didn't seem at all keen to help and was virtually rolling her eyes. She then informed me that it had worked this time. After paying she told me it had again failed and handed me back the key. She seemed to think that was the end of it. I pointed out that I had paid for the top up and if it had failed I had to be refunded that money. Again her manner was impatient. After pressing some buttons on the till she then said me it had worked after all. She did offer me what sounded like a sincere apology at this point. I don't know why the assistant was so unenthusiastic to assist. But it made the experience quite stressful. I'll be avoiding this location in the future.
