The staff is awful! Went to pickup my parcel and was told between 12:30-1pm they dont give parcels bc of school kids. Fine whatever, there was a lot of kids - multitasking isnt everyones skill. But the fact the old lady at self check out decided to SCREAM at my face saying thats the rule of the store for forever now to not give parcel between those hours, was what astounded me. Also no information anywhere about this. Seems like its not the rule of the shop, but very lazy and rude staff. Being a shop worker is no quantum physics..

Customer service is poor. Self scan is a joke when you're waiting 5minutes for an employee to assist you. It's mostly the staff that brings this shop down
