I am 83 and had a problem contacting the the office nobody to talk too appalling service during very stress full time

Shambolic, wrong dates in court order, failed to heed notice of change of representation. When tried to complain met with arrogance rather than apology.

Unfit for purpose.

Just impossible to make contact. If anything goes wrong then we will get blames and never the court. Civil SERVANTS think they are above the law.
