        If I could give zero I would, but waiting 18 months for a court date reagarding child access, have sent numerous emails but no response, Ive tried calling but the phone system doesnt work and just cuts you off diabolical public funded service

        What a terrible experience. Emailed some forms in and had no response. When calling as mentioned by others, the call is just cut off. No ability to contact them at all. Would offer zero stars, totally unaccountable! As it is public sector they just feel they can get away with out with no comeback!
