This is how weak our country is now. Simple family contact is still unresolved after 3 years! When you call, it's over an hour wait if it even gets answered. Half the time there are no update letters sent. Last enforcement order in September was cancelled due to queen passing. The 'final' court date before that was cancelled due to no judge available and was rescheduled for a year later! Luckily the date is nearly here now finally but the whole system is tragically weak causing damage to families and the public that it is supposed to serve justice for which will have ongoing costly consequences for individuals and the public. It's cost over 30k whereas mother just got it free The government has ruined our country and continues to do so. They blame COVID but the system was already on its knees before that, same as the NHS from years of austerity which only served the Tory agenda to weaken public services and damage the economy Brexit continues to do the same, being hugely expensive and time consuming when we should be spending money on our own society and services We pay for them Stop the erosion of our country. Stop the government and it's lies.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They keep you holding for an hour on the phone then the call gets disconnected. It once took me 4 hours to actually speak to someone as I had to keep calling. People who answer the phone have no clue about your case and cannot give legal advice. They tell you to just email the court then the emails are ignored for months. No respect for people's time. HMCTS complaints are also ignored.

Absolute rubbish service when contacted by phone. Can't even give it one star. You have to select at least one star to be able to send. Waited and waited but no-one answered. The phrase "your call is important to us" is the biggest lie ever.
