Kingston Upon Thames County Court

I usually never leave reviews but this had to be shared with the intention it might be picked up by one of the court administrators and 'justice' served. Have called them on five occasions and the wait time was over 40 minutes. On one occasion the guy picked up the phone and and spoke for a bit and then hanged up. It was so much easier and the service was much better when the court used to answer directly. I hope it can go back to that.

"Your call is important to us..." quite possibly the most ironic statement in the history of the world. The phone cuts off after 35 minutes of waiting, the next call the same. I have been told to confirm the court case in 5 days, but I can't. I have no idea why this is part of the 'justice' system.

Terrible can't get through only found out I had a live ccj against defendent from finally getting through that was 6 months old. Can never give a straight answer or conflicting information.

If it was possible to give minus stars I would. I have been on hold for 58 minutes now, I emailed three weeks ago and still not had any response. This is totally unacceptable.

Appalling, no receipts for documents, lady in front of me was complaining about a default judgement because her documents were lost by the Court. Reviews on here suggest its a common occurrence.
