Telford County Court

I required my mothers decree absolute post her passing for Probate purposes. I now enter into my fourth week of being passed around different court contacts (and courts!), told I cannot be dealt with direct (when passed from a colleague), minimal information provided and basically fobbed off. Absolutely disgraceful service when all I require is a copy of an electronic document for which I have provided all the information.

No Web site, no contact telephone number details. If you need to pay a court fee you have to physically show up and pay them or write them a cheque, like you fell into a time warp and went back to the 80's

For what looks like a great building the inside is terrible. Steps to get in and not well signposted for ramps if disabled. No air conditioning, no vending machine to get a drink or snacks. No wifi, I was stuck here for 2hrs for a family court case and there is nothing to make the wait any less agonising.
