        Its easier to call the White House!! Was on hold for 1hr and 5 mins. Totally disgraceful service. Doesnt anyone work there????

        Avoid if you can. Have no expectations of competence, timeliness, effectiveness or politeness and you wont be disappointed. 2 years and I am still waiting for a resolution.

        Im only giving this 1 star as no 0 stars are available. Court trial cancelled 2 working days before the hearing after waiting for a year for the trial to be listed. Just phoned to try and obtain a new date, waited 60 minutes on the phone to be told the call centre cant tell us anything.

        It is appalling service. Its worse when they disconnect you. Contact your MP and ask him/her/they/them to do something about it, and then keep on asking until they do something about it.
