        If I could give no stars or even minus I would. Complete waste of space. Blame everyone else but themselves. Can't even acknowledge emails let alone give the information requested. Inmates running asylum

        Shockingly slow. You're lucky if your call is answered. Things that should be posted out never arrive and it's a nightmare to chase. My solicitor says same. I guess they have a captive customer base as reason for their existence.
