Avoid peak times if you can, jump in early and you'll be fine

PureGym is in a convenient location in Bitterne precinct and is open 24/7 which should suit anybody. No contract and prices start at under 16.

Friendly health club in the city centre. My children love to swim whilst I relax in the jacuzzi. Gym has had new kit and been extended into the studio.

Great baths. The brine is small and warm and the gala great for a serious swim. Can't beat these baths !!
