Your paying for the name. If you want to sweat it out and get fit in my opinion its not good value for money there are lots more local places with the same facilities but much cheeper

Pros: *Very friendly staff, kind and courteous, greet you when you come in and the class trainers seem to genuinely care about your fitness * beautiful outdoors area, nice in summer *good range of classes * use your smartphone to beep in *good range of gym equipment, I like that you can sync your Apple watch\phone to them Cons * no vibration plate (small niggle but had one at a previous gym and loved it) *popular classes have to be booked 5 ~ 7 days in advance if you want a spot *Gym can get very busy even during off peak * needs another jacuzzi as its usually full. *changing rooms need clearer marking, like the male and female silhouette, when you are on autopilot after a hard workout its easy to accidentally stroll into the wrong one. Taking everything into account my experience has been very positive, and could easily go from four to five stars with a couple of tweaks.

Good gym, with lovely pool and outdoor facilities. Unfortunately the cafe is far too noisy.
