Would need a better improvement on cleaning overall areas: GYM, POOL & MALE CHANGING ROOMS! Ill add photographs if necessary!

I love Rose's Yoga sessions She is the best I'm so glad to have been able to join her classes.

Ample parking. Easy to get to and find . Building ok. Seems to run a lot of things there

I have trained in a lot of gyms and this one needs some big improvements. I would look elsewhere if I was you.

Great 1-1 PT, motivates you and gets results. Also brilliant massages. Would recommend

I regularly hire the wellbeing room, which is perfect for my needs. The staff here are totally awesome too - always friendly, attentive, and happy to help.

Friendly staff and excellent value. It's a compact gym, but good enough equipment for a decent workout.
