There was no "pin abuse" only staffs did not care about their customer.
I paid full subscription with all the bells and whistles to get to go training four times a month with my friend but couldn't register his name.
When we got there, there was nobody to help us with the registration. They can see that on the camera that I was going in to find a staff. Then next time finally found a staff who did help us to register.
Never mind because next day Noel Leighton(!) suspended my pin code because "I took in someone else with me." as he saw that on the camera.
Instead of asking me if he can help with the registration as I have the right to take someone in with myself, he banned me from the gym.
Avoid puregym at any cost.
