        Andy has been my PT for nearly a year and love the workouts...usually!! Each session is different which ensures I don't get bored (as I have in the past using other gyms). Andy pushes me and his positive attitude is inspiring. His knowledge is excellent and I'm confident he can get me where I want to be. I totally recommend Fighting Fit and Andy.
