        Staff are friendly enough but the club is falling apart. Massive dent in the floor which hasn't been fixed for months. Most of the equipment is starting to rust. I suspect the owner is probably looking to sell the club soon.

        Visiting from out of town and dropped in on New Years Day to get a workout in. Really clean, well appointed gym with friendly staff and good vibes. Next time in Birmingham, Ill definitely drop in here again for a workout.

        My experience in the gym was excellent. The gym was well kept, organised and had plenty high quality equipment to use during my session. The staff were welcoming and helpful and I didnt have that intimidation factor that most gyms seem to have. I felt like Id been there forever and had the freedom to walk around and see what the gym had to offer. Ill definitely be coming back, I was very impressed.
