I have been coming to FIT 3:16 gym for 2 years now, I started when I was 17 and I felt part of the gym straight away. I have always looked forward to the classes each week! Every week there are always a mix of exercises specific to the class and sometimes new ones too! Dan and Mandy are both lovely people, the environment is always welcoming. The 30 minute classes have definitely improved my overall fitness, through lockdown I did the online classes every day and I still am now! It kept me going and I am very grateful for all of their hard work :)
