To be honest went down there and looks like it's been closed for ages

Right next to an extremely busy road, had major sensory issues and a lack of sympathy.

You cant even book to see or speak to someone over the phone, i have been trying for two months. When you call their number it is always busy.

Currently on hold for over 42 minutes. I believe this is why so many people call 999 for non emergency situations. Come on Suffolk Constabulary.
