Your receptionist is very very rude! Wow! Your sending threats to mine and my daughters house for someone who DOES NOT live here, I've provided proof TWICE this week But not heard anything back. Absolutely disgusting.

Had a large (thousands of pounds) debt that I honestly didn't expect to ever see again. Frank Whitworths did however, for four years, doggedly pursue the debt (and other debts owed by the same individual) and finally returned, not just the money but interest too! It took a long time but that isn't the fault of the company - it is the fault of the character that was trying to avoid paying. Would use the company again. They did what they claimed they would do and kept at it until the matter was resolved.

Extremly arrogant called to make a complaint regards a agent who works for them. And simply got spoke down to like i was a dog or worse. Discusting!!!

Excellent service, had to reluctantly recover money from a builder that wouldn't put wrongs right. Although I technically got the name in the claim wrong, they were still able to recover the claim. Good service and communication. Would recommend and use again.
