Kidsgrove Jobcentre

They aren't helpful at all. They were talking about me in the office behind my back and violated my privacy. They are so rude and think they are better than you when they aren't. They made out i was doing nothing when I've got 5 pages in my diary of jobs I've applied for. They say they will put you on a course and lied to me about the work and health programme being out of office when they replied back to me on the same day. They should all be out of a job and should shut the horrific vile place down. I give them no stars. I'm glad I'm not on it anymore because they wouldn't help me follow my dreams.

Feels like the whole place has a air of depression and all the staff are so unhappy with there lives and jobs they go out there way to take it out on the people they are ment to be helping! awful place...please be more respectful to people.

Very clean place, the staff are always ver helpful and take the time to listen to you.

Very rude staff, had a advisor act in a way I was shocked he was not fired on the spot for. Called to file a complaint after and his boss seemed very uninterested. Avoid if possible.
