I would give no stars to the London Borough of Hounslow council if I could! I am severely disabled, was born into a working-class family, am a member of multiple minority groups and a bullying London Borough of Hounslow council Asian, female, middle-aged housing and tenancy services officer and the unprofessional London Borough of Hounslow council enforcement team delivered bad/hurtful and degrading service to me, which, also, has wasted some of precious time and money: my bullying, controlling and arrogant owner-occupier male neighbour was being persistently antisocial to me yet again. Consequently, I reported the aforementioned antisocial neighbour to the London Borough of Hounslow council, which resulted in the aforementioned bullying Asian, female, middle-aged housing and tenancy services officer contacting me and, also, the aforementioned unprofessional enforcement team contacting me, but this was a degrading/hurtful experience for me: firstly, the aforementioned bullying Asian, female, middle-aged housing and tenancy services officer was condescending, dismissive and unreasonable to me in relation to an important matter. She then failed to fulfil an important promise she gave me and then ignored me, which I did not deserve. Yes, she treated me with contempt. Additionally, the bad/hurtful and degrading service she delivered to me reinforces my view that my housing and tenancy services officer will not treat me with dignity and respect, but it will be necessary for me to sometimes engage with the aforementioned officer, for example, when I am not feeling safe in my home, and I have a right to feel safe in my home. Also, I felt bad when the aforementioned housing officer rang me and told me her name because I have previously had bad experiences engaging with her and, currently, also, I am wondering if she was bullying me and perhaps showing favouritism to the aforementioned owner-occupier neighbour as a result of classism towards me? I am also wondering if both the housing officer and my neighbour are scapegoating me? Secondly, despite me following their instructions, the aforementioned unprofessional enforcement team treated me with contempt because they ignored me and were passive towards me in relation to the aforementioned antisocial behaviour matter, which I did not deserve, which, also, has wasted some of my precious time and money. Finally, yes, bad/hurtful and degrading service was delivered to me and, since the summer of 2022, this is the second time I have given the London Borough of Hounslow council one star on this platform, though I would give no stars if I could!

The Council does not care about its citizens! The only way they will help you if you pay them off or you fall under no passport, no English category.
