The job centre is a complete waste of time they are just there to keep there jobs.don't really want to help you.put this way they haven't been there really needed them

Philippa the Work Coach at Charles Street Job Centre is very rude and discriminative. I was a client of hers for 2 meetings , but she would always put me down and wouldn't trust me on my health conditions.

I made a claim online and was told to go to the jobcentre to provide documents, they didnt tell me clearly what to bring and werent very nice when I havent had everything at hand, I had to go back two more times for different interviews, I had my little children with me as I dont have help with them we were waiting for some time and they started to get boring and started talking and laughing a bit loudly, a lady worker walked up and frowned on my kids (not on me, straight away on the children) to behave and be quiet..... The lift was broke once so couldnt go up with my buggy, the lady worker who came downstairs to see me after 10-15 minutes had complained about her legs that she cant walk and if I could manage to go upstairs anyway... I hope I never have to go there again, the place is a mess, there are some nice people there too, but I had a bad experience Also seems quite stupid to go there to provide photocopied documents so they can photocopy it too Their phone number (outside on their board) doesnt work either
