I have no problems with Hoot they serve the community I just wish they'd stay open later.

Open all day Saturday, great, got to speak to someone quickly, great, they had to call the call centre and took 45mins to get through. I should have stayed at home.

Today, Saturday at midday the bank was unusually quiet. The counter staff were unable to help with my request and I will have to contact the bank directly.

Very helpful staff, staff members going above and beyond for me.
