The staff are very nice and helpful but there are long queues most of the time. They need more staff at the counters to reduce waiting times .

The staff are fantastic! Despite the lack of them, Julie helped me achieve more in 5 minutes than 20 emails, 3hrs on the phone with an Ai robot and call centre staff whose sole job is to direct you to online banking that doesn't have basic features such as generating a statement on a new account. Julie is a legend.
