        Never answer phone.went into branch to close a trust fund woman said oh the check will be there in 7 days 7 weeks later & we are still waiting so angry now avoid this bank the woman didn't even send my daughters paperwork of to head office never got an explanation why so bad

        Lovely staff and was easy parking on big car park at the back but when I went last week they had shut the car park so struggle now finding parking for disabled close by
