        Open all day Saturday, great, got to speak to someone quickly, great, they had to call the call centre and took 45mins to get through. I should have stayed at home.

        Take your money but refuse to talk to you unless you jump through the hoops & wait approx half an hour the when you get through to a human being youve got the wrong dept/person!!!
